These chips are used. Used new old stock nixie tube driver incs - the classic, also known as they've been for decades to drive tubes in particular, but other low-current, high voltage lamps and relays. I don't know the history of them, but can see a thin coating solder visible on legs incs, so they appear to have been reclaimed from previous installation.

The entire batch i'm selling were manufactured in 1988 according to date code on chips. They appear to have been reclaimed competently - I don't see any solder globs on of the legs, are relatively clean, and ic legs straight. Selling pieces these chips are essentially high- voltage BC decoders.

Originally made in the Ussr. I tested a few at random and they appear to work without any issues, but i'm selling this lot heavy discount reflect their used untested status. They have not all been tested. Free shipping within the us only.
