Details:

The volume knob is missing. Mounting screws are not included. Neat retro zigzag pattern on the speaker grille. For sale: one Nutone intercom speaker microphone unit model number and a mounting bracket 2025-a, which I removed as part of home re model project.

There is some paint splatter on the edges pictured from being painted around. Assuming they were installed when my home was built, both pieces date to could make a good piece of theatrical set dressing, or part repair your retro intercom system. It is in good vintage condition, with some scuffs and light wear.

The mounting bracket has lots of paint on it, but is otherwise fine. The intercom unit is 8. It has not been tested, but the hardware on back looks okay to me.
