This item has been tested an recorders plays with excellent clarity. I noticed when testing if you roll the volume knob to highest position Get a slight bit of static rolling. Please look at the pictures they are part of description. It will not come in the original box.
It comes with two AA batteries and the ear piece an also one new TD MC-60 tape I used to test. This will not continue an interfere with recording or play back.
