Turns out, I used an extra fuse as the bulb. So, now someone else can fix it. So, I switched them back and still nothing. I did something to cause it electrically.

It was a really nice vintage receiver. This listing is for a Miida model 3125 receiver fm am stereo that was working 15 minutes before the pictures. One of the fm tuner back lights was out, so when I replaced it with another bulb, turned power on and nothing.
