I bought this about two years ago, because had a collection of tubes to go through. Comes with a reprint of the manual.

Lights And meter work correctly. The elastic strap that holds book in place broke, I replaced it with a rubber band. Very good shape, some wear And scratches on case.

Data book is complete, the binding has a few loops missing.

I've tested around 80 tubes on it, works great, seems accurate with known value. B k 747B tube tester. Appears to have originally belonged the Canadian military, based on stickers.
