To my knowledge,what is presented here complete except for the bottom chassis cover and, perhaps, some miscellaneous hardware. If anything, I will understate the condition of an item to help avoid customer getting less than he expected. Good luck in the offer. No third parties. Cosmetically, there are several small holes not installed by Millen and the addition of a coaxial connector at output side easily reversed.

The neutralizing stubs appear to be home brew. My experience with these folks was unpleasant and I don't wish to repeat it. Included are coils for 10 and 2 meters an 829b tube.

If something is broken, dirty, damaged, worn out, or needs repair, i'll state it. Dealing with people like this is stressful, irritating, and costly. Life is too short for that.

I do not charge handling or packaging fees. Operationally, it is untested and appears to be electrically complete.
