Details:
I tested a few electrolytic and compared to my Cm it seems be pretty good. The eye tube is still bright, 6x5gt tests very good on my TV-7 u but it missing alignment pin. Looks all original and clean inside, no rust probably a good idea to update the caps in it which are easy do. Here is a Eico capacitor or resistor tester.
Multiple items combined to save on shipping costs, request total for savings. It will test leakage of electrolytic capacitors up to 500 CDC. I haven't cleaned it so its a little dirty from age and non usage but still in nice condition.
