Other than not being able to do any further testing I don't have cassettes the camera is in really great shapes and every functions mechanism seems be fine. Great Sony camcorder made in I ran some test using the charger as power instead of battery and am able to eject, mechanism works it open door where tape is supposed sits. However when I press the power standby button light comes on at caution see photo and also hear. The camera itself and l lens are in really good shape.

So I looked at the operating instructions under trouble checks and it could be because unit has not been used for a long period of time or that video head may contaminated clogged i'm guessing all needs good old cleaning cassette.
