Details:

Two modifications were made to the headphones: adding a mono 1/8 headphone plug and grinding off metal flanges that prevented headphones from swiveling in any direction. Beyerdynamic DT48s were the standard for audio monitoring on Agra tape recorders and they are still manufactured sold today. Replacement headphone cushions are available. They are cosmetically worn but still sound good.

This is my original pair, used on independent film shoots, presidential campaigns, and front line documentaries.
