Apparently the person who built this clock had completed build but never installed or used it. Automatic dimming circuit that dims the display when surrounding light level decreases. 4-digit display with am and FM indicators crystal-controlled time-base-oscillator for accuracy.

The circuits operate from a 12-volt dc source car battery, etc. Several other features of the clock are: easy-to-read digital display. It is definitely a vintage piece.
