The meter works perfect and is very accurate. Meter, manual schematic are in mint condition. Some writing in manual.

Meter can be calibrated internally to maintain accuracy. Heathkit leather case has some minor wear. I think it is the same as a fluke or Beckman meter manual schematic included. Also included are the original test leads, the leads are in good shape but have some dirt on them see pic.
