Selectivity is 6 db down at 750 Hz wide mode or 375 narrow. This qrp receiver is fully functional on all bands and in very good condition. It outputs full power on all bands per the specification in manual.

The original rear panel had many holes and cut-outs for mods. 5 watts power in respectively with the built CFO. The hw-7 rear panel looks a lot better. Unit runs on 12 CDC.

Built in side tone with adjustable volume. Includes a new 're-issue' copy of the assembly manuals, optional power supply model HWA-7-1, and hot water handbook. There are some scuffs and scratches here but overall in better than average condition. It covers 15, 20, 40 and 80 meter bands with 2.

Heathkit qrp transceiver model HW-8 with HWA-7-1 power supply this is the cw transceiver. We replaced the rear panel with an hw-7 so had to move key jack over fit. Original owner added a pilot lamp to the front of power supply but did good job. 2 UV provides a readable signal.

We plugged the original key hole with a black plastic plug. Receiver is a direct conversion with sensitivity of 1 micro volt at 10 Debs n. Its ready to be put on the air.
