They look like new except for some extremely minor scuffs on the headband that are invisible unless very closely examined. Good luck buying on this extremely rare, highly desirable and collectible item. If not for that, I would list this item as like new excellent condition.

These are the exact same headphones used in motion picture, guardians of galaxy model and color, not movie prop itself. I purchased these new around 1981, and they were used maybe 3 hours total. Original box is in fairly poor condition - from multiple house moves over the years see pictures. All original accessories are included - operating instructions, cord clip, box of unused replacement foam ear pads black, and pad installation instructions.
