It is unlikely that these starting to fail would have affected anything else on the board as all of traces still look fine. The board is untested but it a pears to be in nearly perfect condition, the only thing imperfect on motherboard capacitors near socket are venting which fairly common for old. Comes with everything shown in the images, box, manuals, cables, CD, etc.

It is possible that the board still functional but if capacitors are open it could cause some minor instability. The box and accessories are from a comparable Ass motherboard the same era with socket all in perfect condition and/or still sealed. Replacement capacitors can be purchased for relatively cheap. All of the failing caps are all Saxon/Ever con manufactured 2200 micro farad 6.3 volt model's.
