I kept the turntable, being a relatively good belt-drive unit, when gave rest of system to my son and added an internal power supply. It has a new stylus and comes with pyle pp-444 riaa pre amplifier, so can be attached to pretty much any modern amplifier obviously old ones also the 1/4 output jack in addition rca jacks. These turntables originally got their power from the main unit. In an emergency you can connect headphones directly to the pre amplifier, for queuing example.

This turntable initially came as part of a Sharp rack system.
