This is the add-on microphone preamplifier system for Seeburg jukeboxes, model's: y1 y160, ay1 ay160. I'm sure that some of the components will need to be serviced. A readable copy is in the photos, so you'll know as much me.

As such, this is very untested, I know nothing about it beyond what the accompanying spec sheet says. This would make a cool accessory to sit next Seeburg jukebox, or, add the original functionality. Pictures show what you get. I've tried to show every mark I could, so please look carefully.

This power amplifier is guaranteed not to be DOA, but like all vintage electronics, it comes with no warranty beyond that. I have no idea if this works, as it came sans jukebox, and never seen any of these connectors before. There is no functionality guarantee for any of these components.
