Details:

The original rechargeable battery has long since been lost along with headphones. I began to try repair it myself but ditched the effort after front plastic window cover came off and tried glue back on unsuccessfully, causing paint loosen, used a black marker damage. Comes with the original plastic carrying case, Velcro glue has come loose and needs to be restock. Walkman is not in working order.

Definitely will need new belts, and if memory serves me, I recall the unit jamming up on me after a visit to beach, so it likely needs be lubed cleaned remove internal debris. Externally, the unit is in decent shape. This was the smallest walkman available in day.

Just barely larger than a cassette. Has a very small dent on the top of unit. I am the original owner, having purchased this unit in preparation for a European trip college. Item for sale is a vintage 1980sony walkman model WM-100.
