So, when you lift it open, instead of staying propped open to load a tape, will fall back down. This unit comes with a pair of Sony headphones MDT the only thing I have noticed is that front tape loading door does not stay open. This does not affect the playing of tape player and will stay in play just fine door remains closed. All functions of this walkman have been tested and are in working order.

I am selling this item as is and what you see will get. This Sony walkman is in great condition.

Please look carefully at the photos above for condition. The tape compartment and battery are nice clean, with no corrosion.
