Details:

It is fifty years old. Heathkit vacuum tube voltmeter model im-28 original test leads included. Fully operational on all functions. Battery is not included.

Two of the stick-on rubber feet on bottom are missing. It was built from a kit, but the construction quality is excellent. Original mounting bracket and hardware included. The leakage and corrosion have been completely cleaned out battery mounting hardware meter internals are not damaged.

This unit uses A/C cell battery mounted internally. Works great and it is quite accurate. At one time, a battery has leaked inside it, corroding some of the internal metal parts, damaging paint inside, and staining meter face.
